Liam joined TWO PLUS TWO as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in 2022; since then, he has furthered his continued professional development by achieving memberships to the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, specialising in adjudication. In addition to this, he is also a Mental Health First Aider promoting health and wellbeing within the company.

Liam’s aim is to support the construction industry by promoting stronger commercial practices and helping project teams deliver successful projects collaboratively; whilst supporting the development of the next generation of construction professionals.

Having a wealth of experience in a range of sectors, including Civil Engineering, Construction, Rail, Highways and Utilities projects, varying in size, complexity, and value. He enjoys building and maintaining relationships and integrating himself into project teams to provide solutions and support to clients.

In his spare time, Liam enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters; he has a keen interest in music, attending live concerts and playing the guitar. Liam enjoys playing and watching sports, mainly football, rugby, and golf; along with travelling the world and often follows the Wales football team on away trips.
