Sam joined TWO PLUS TWO  in August 2025 off the back of working for a global EDPM consultancy for the previous seven years, whilst completing a Degree Apprenticeship for four of those years.

Sam brings with him a wealth of experience providing post-contract services in several different sectors, including highways, rail, and defence, and is looking to further broaden and develop his skills and achieve chartership status.

He has worked on a number of major projects within the UK, including the Heads of the Valleys Dualling Scheme in Wales and the TransPennine Route Upgrade.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys the best of both worlds, from keeping fit and healthy through gym work and running, but also chewing the fat over a few beers in the sun.
