– Initially through the tendering and procurement process advising on the Method of Measurement for Archaeological Works, the NEC terms and conditions, their valuation mechanisms and risk profiles:
– Ongoing commercial and planning assistance and NEC management including:
– Monthly valuations;
– Compensation event identification, assessment, management and agreement (CEMAR);
– High-level commercial advice and strategy.
