– Commercial support to agree the scope and target price;
– Commercial management of projects throughout the delivery phase including procurement and letting of subcontracts, change management, guidance and support for any dispute and production and presentation of monthly cost and value reports; and
– Supporting ESD on the next procurement phase with Scottish Water.
