Aled has a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, particularly in dispute resolution. He is passionate about supporting and mentoring others in his field.

Currently, Aled is pursuing membership with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and is further enhancing his expertise by studying for a Professional Diploma in Forensic Quantum Analysis.

Outside of work, Aled is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys sharing his love for football and rugby with his sons, often cheering on the Wales national teams together.
