Callum joined TWO PLUS TWO in 2025 as a Graduate Planner, after completing a bachelor’s degree apprenticeship scheme in Civil Engineering (BEng).

Callum’s aim is to gain incorporated (IEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in early 2026 and to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction planning through working on many exciting projects.

Callum previously worked as a Site Engineer for main contractors, gaining valuable experience on Water Treatment, Highways, Remediation, and Building projects. He was responsible for dimensional control, quality management, site supervision, and ensuring site safety and documentation were properly maintained from a principal contractor’s perspective.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys playing 5 a side weekly and hiking with friends and family (especially with his dog Maisie).
