Chris has a Quantity Surveying BSc degree and is a Commercial Professional with 18 years’ experience. He has worked across a range of sectors, including Education, Nuclear, Retail, Residential, and Commercial, both in the UK and internationally, including Qatar and Oman.

Chris has led multi-million-pound projects, managing contracts, valuations, subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. His combination of hands-on site experience and strategic commercial expertise allows him to deliver practical, results-driven solutions while maintaining legal and contractual compliance.

Outside of work, he is a devoted father to a 6-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son, and enjoys playing squash and football, watching Newcastle United, and traveling with his family both in the UK and abroad.
