Donna joined TWO PLUS TWO in 2024 as the Business and People Manager.

Donna’s Mission – To support the business by empowering people and processes to enable organic growth.

Formerly Head of Business Operations within the Recruitment sector, Donna joined TWO PLUS TWO to support the business growth and people strategy by ensuring the core processes are in place to empower employees, while enhancing the culture and adhering to the company’s values.

Donna is responsible for the day-to-day operational and core business processes, including quality assurance, recruitment, marketing, people management, and HR. Donna takes a collaborative approach, supporting everyone in the business to improve their skills and strengths while constantly driving growth.

When not at the office, Donna loves spending time outdoors with her family and loves a weekend away camping close to the beach.
