Erin joined TWO PLUS TWO following her graduation in Quantity Surveying BSc from Northumbria University in 2026.  

Erin’s Mission: To expand her knowledge and experience further to build a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying, through engaging with those around her and working on a wide range of projects.  

Erin made the decision to pursue a career in construction after being involved in her first project, her family home. Being involved in the process helped influence her choice to study Quantity Surveying and she has since developed interests in the advancements of Women in Construction and studied how Quantity Surveyors can improve the use of post-project cost data, focusing her dissertation on the subject. 

Erin is just starting her career in construction and is excited to develop her skills and knowledge of the industry. 

Outside of work, Erin can be found reading a good book, spending time with family and friends or playing rugby. She also enjoys travelling, spending the weekend away either camping or in a new city whenever possible.
