Joe has enjoyed over a decade of helping to build and support the TWO PLUS TWO team.

Joe’s aim – to continue to nurture and grow a team of happy, brilliant people.

In 2010, Joe joined TWO PLUS TWO with the drive to grow a collective of engaged, excellent and happy people, who love their work and feel part of a supportive team and culture. Joe has thrived on the challenges of constantly growing the client base, providing excellent service to them and supporting our people.

Joe has provided commercial management, claims, variation account resolution and dispute support to a variety of clients and complex projects, including major highways, nuclear facilities, rail depots, power stations, overhead power lines and train stations. A new type of project or tricky problem is always embraced and relished.

Joe has recently enjoyed assessing major insurance claims for clients and is currently studying to be a chartered loss adjuster. Joe loves to bring perseverance, ideas, humour and team spirit to projects.

Joe also loves music, food, beer and wine, walking and cricket, and failing to make his wife and two daughters laugh with stupid jokes.
