Josh re-joined TPT in June 2025, having previously worked with the company from 2014 to 2021.
He began his career in 2008 with a specialist subcontractor while completing a part-time degree. He later joined a national housebuilder before moving to TPT, where he gained valuable experience across the Rail, Highways, Power, and Water sectors. During his time there, he delivered several infrastructure projects and supported a range of claims and disputes across the UK. Following a three-and-a-half-year hiatus, Josh led a project delivery commercial team at a global EDPM consultancy. A role that further broadened his leadership and commercial expertise.
Josh was eager to return to TPT, drawn by its alignment with his personal values. He looks forward to re-engaging by applying effective commercial practices, working alongside like-minded professionals, and giving back to the organisation that has played a pivotal role in his career.
He is also excited about the diverse opportunities available at TPT, thanks to its wide-ranging client base and service offerings. Josh values integrity, holds his colleagues in high regard, and is committed to upholding high standards for clients.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, mostly exploring parks and farms. He also tries to make time to watch rugby, football, and other sports — ideally with a beer in hand. Recently, he has rekindled his commitment to fitness and is making another attempt at running and training more regularly (admittedly, with mixed results!).
