Phillip, a TWO PLUS TWO stalwart, has been with us since 2013.

Phillip’s mission: to approach every task with enthusiasm and purposefulness. Learn from every experience and convey those lessons learned along the way. Phillip is motivated, reliable and gracious.

Since joining the TWO PLUS TWO crew in 2013 Phillip has embraced the exciting journey seeing the business grow and mature. Prior to joining, Phillip spent a brief spell abroad in New Zealand before moving to London for five years and then back north of the border to work in Scotland. The opportunities provided by working in the varied surroundings provided by TWO PLUS TWO  have seen him gain a wealth of experience. Phillip’s adaptable nature and ability to seamlessly integrate himself into existing projects and teams allows him to nurture long term working relationships.

Phillip’s diverse background including road, residential and water industry sectors has seen him ply his trade in major joint ventures as well as smaller bespoke projects. This, along with the opportunity to represent both private and public sectors has provided valuable knowledge and understanding of varying business drivers. The experiences of working on an assorted portfolio of projects with contrasting challenges have enhanced Phillip’s commercial and personable skills and have been key to his development within TWO PLUS TWO.

Phillip embraces a challenge and takes satisfaction from finding solutions. He is a believer in open communication and utilises his wealth of experience to take control of any situation.

In his spare time, Phillip enjoys football, badminton, the odd podcast and with the upcoming 3 peaks challenge, thinking about walking up hills! As a dad to a toddler, his new specialist subject is “Fireman Sam”.
