Ross joined TWO PLUS TWO in 2013 and has been an associate since 2017 and Managing Director since 2023.

Ross’s ambition – to continue to assist in the growth and development of the great team at TWO PLUS TWO and to challenge ourselves in the name of progression.

In 2013, Ross joined TWO PLUS TWO to challenge and improve himself on diverse, complex and challenging projects. Ross became an Associate in 2017 and has proved his dedication to the growth and development of the business and the team whilst providing an excellent service to our clients. As a consequence of his efforts and his natural ability to lead Ross became the Managing Director of TWO PLUS TWO in November 2023 with the challenge of delivering the businesses vision for 2030.

Ross has provided commercial management, claims and dispute support to a variety of clients on numerous complex and multidisciplinary projects within the rail, highways, water and power sectors. Ross is experienced in providing support and solutions to clients on challenging projects from improving commercial performance to value recovery.

Ross prides himself on his dedication, commitment and loyalty to both the team at TWO PLUS TWO and our clients. Ross has recently become a member of CICES and the CIArb and looks forward to assisting the crew in achieving their membership.

In his spare time, Ross has a love of most sports and often aligns this with a love of trying different foods, beer and wine, preferably in an overseas destination.
