Sam joined TWO PLUS TWO in 2013 as the Management Accountant, becoming a Director in 2016.

Sam’s mission: To provide a responsible, sustainable and emotional business framework to allow TWO PLUS TWO to achieve growth whilst nurturing and empowering our people.

Formerly the Finance Manager for BBC North East and Cumbria and, briefly, an Early Years teacher, Sam joined TWO PLUS TWO in 2013 to reignite her passion for accounting.  In 2016 Sam then became a Director, focussing her energies on the growth of the company.

Along with the all-encompassing duties of a Finance Director, Sam is responsible for all operational matters within TWO PLUS TWO.  Sam takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, involving the team and seeking feedback in order to make strategic decisions. This inclusive approach engenders trust and results in more innovative solutions.

Sam’s self-motivation, attention to detail and meticulous planning allows TWO PLUS TWO to deliver their services with flair and panache. Why fit in when you were born to stand out!

When not at the office, Sam loves spending time with her family, including Charlie the cockapoo, listening to music,  photography and driving her Tesla.  She likes to travel and has a passion for adventure.
