Stuart joined TWO PLUS TWO in June 2026, bringing 19 years of experience within the construction industry across both Tier 1 contractors and consultancy environments. He specialises in claims management, dispute resolution, and quantum analysis, providing support to Expert Witnesses.

His experience is predominantly within infrastructure, having worked on a variety of highways, bridges, and rail projects of differing scale and complexity. Stuart holds an Undergraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying (2007), a PG Diploma in Civil Engineering (2014), and an MSc in Construction Law (2021). He also holds a Certificate in Expert Witness Evidence, completed in 2023.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and supports the Society of Construction Law committee in the Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham region. Stuart is currently working towards chartered status with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing guitar and mountain biking when time allows.
