Scope:
Remediation works of the existing land to facilitate the development of the Ardrossan North Shore site, ahead of a new super campus being constructed

Key tasks -we have provided full post-contract commercial management and planning services, including:

  • Issuing Early Warning Notices and arranging risk reduction meetings
  • Change control, helping identify changes and issuing contractual notifications on behalf of Sanctus.
  • Pricing changes with the Sanctus team and negotiating prices with the client.
  • Preparation and issuing of construction programmes and updates, along with accompanying narratives.
  • Preparation of impacted programmes as a result of changes to help demonstrate entitlement.
  • Cost forecasting and value appraisal.
  • Providing pre-dispute resolution and strategies, overseeing the process. This has included helping prepare narratives to help resolve issues which may become contentious.
  • Carrying out delay analysis.
  • Advising on the interpretation of all contractual matters, including detailed specification and scope reviews.

Sector:
Earthworks / groundworks / education, as the remediation works were ultimately required to enable a new campus to be constructed.

Tasks:
