“Project Anvil” was undertaken by GTLJV on behalf of Defence Infrastructure Organisation to provide a new home for the RAF’s F35 5th Generation stealth aircraft fleet.

– From mobilisation through to a successful final account for the JV, TWO PLUS TWO were responsible for change management on this iconic multi-discipling project of national importance.

– Change management on this project required a high degree of commercial skill and diplomacy, delivering the aims of both JV partners, whilst dealing with DIO, and the client’s contract administrator.
