Working from the Ponteland office, Erhan joined TWO PLUS TWO as a Senior Planner in May 2026, having recently relocated to the UK.

Erhan has over 10 years’ of international experience delivering complex, high-value infrastructure and energy projects across Europe and Asia. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as the world’s longest suspension bridge (1915 Canakkale Bridge), immersed tunnel (Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link), LNG storage gravity-based structure (Arctic LNG 2) and Sotra Link project. His experience spans across marine works, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure.

With a strong foundation in civil engineering and extensive site-based experience, Erhan brings a practical, execution-focused approach to project planning and controls. He has experience delivering and managing baseline programmes, risk and delay analysis to support successful project execution.

Erhan is currently pursuing an LLM in Construction Law, further strengthening his expertise in dispute resolution and forensic delay analysis.

In his free time, Erhan enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and venturing off the beaten path. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and is keen to explore his new surroundings with his family.
