Lachlan graduated from Northumbria University in the summer of 2022 with a BSc in Quantity Surveying. His current goals are to expand his knowledge in Quantity Surveying as well as his overall knowledge of the construction industry. He is aiming to become chartered in the near future.

His career profile currently consists of 1 year with Miller homes after completing university which gave him an insight into the life of a QS and where he learned the basic tasks completed by all Qunatity Surveyors as well as commercial practices within house building.

He made the change to Farrans as he knew large scale civil engineering and infrastructure was what he wanted to do in the long term and he learnt a great deal about the sector whilst there. He is now looking to TWO PLUS TWO to accelerate his career progression by being exposed to a variety of sectors and challenges.

Lachlan trains with, plays rugby for and socialises at Gosforth RFC, if he’s not playing rugby he loves to watch the Falcons.
