Louisa joined TWO PLUS TWO in April 2024 and graduated from Northumbria University with BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying in June 2024.

Her current goals are to develop her existing knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying while improving her understanding of the construction industry.

During her sandwich year at university, she completed a placement year at JN Bentley, which allowed her to learn basic QS skills and processes, working closely with the client across various projects in the water sector.

Through her work placement and studies Louisa has developed an interest in sustainability and the digitisation of the construction industry but also in dispute resolution, which she is keen to explore at TWO PLUS TWO. She is excited to grow professionally in a new environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

When not at work she likes to fill her spare time with rock climbing, walking, and cooking but she also can be found at music festivals and on holiday whenever possible.
