Matthew joined Two Plus Two in September 2026 and brings with him 9 years of Civils Sub-Contracting experience.

After leaving Sixth Form, Matthew embarked on a Quantity Surveying apprenticeship, graduating from Northumbria University in 2023. Matthew continued his studies and as of May 2026, became a Chartered Surveyor with the RICS.

Matthew has worked with various Contractors and Clients across the North East, working on a host of infrastructure projects to gain a full understand of both the commercial requirements and the construction processes on a project.

Matthew has been an active member of the CECA Foundations group since 2019, working alongside other industry professionals to promote the industry to young people as a positive career option.

Outside of work, Matthew loves being outdoors, running and going to the gym, ideally followed by a sweet treat!
