Since joining TWO PLUS TWO in 2015 Paul has undertaken several senior commercial roles in a diverse range of sectors.

Paul’s mission: To provide the construction industry with a commercial platform for the best collective delivery of projects whilst developing the next generation of professionals.

In 1986 Paul started his career in quantity surveying and he has worked for consultancies, clients, contractors and design houses. His work has taken him in to many regulated sectors including rail, light rail, water, civils, aviation, power and nuclear, and all over Great Britain. Having lead teams, commissions and frameworks, Paul joined TWO PLUS TWO to be a personal, practical, hands on approach to the challenges within the construction industry as part of a growing and ambitious consultancy.

Paul’s experience in quantity surveying and commercial management has seen him seconded in to many major projects including Supertrams in England and Scotland, Heathrow Terminal 5, and various frameworks at Yorkshire Water and Scottish Water. He equally enjoys working on smaller projects and simply relishes making a difference as well as building, developing and achieving the most from teams.

Within the RICS, Paul has counselled several members to chartership and he continues to support this function with his many candidates.

In his spare time, Paul is a keen family man loving the outdoors, from walking to surfing, as well all sorts of music and live concerts. Paul is passionate about keeping fit and loves running and cycling and playing badminton and tennis with his family.
